Bought a 1200 Bandit from them, service was ok... BUT:
The new I was new to buying a bike and I had to purchase 2 new tires / chain / sprockets within the first 2 months of buying the bike
Bike went wrong (was bouncing at 4000 rpm) took them over a month to fix the problem - didn't charge me and did give me a loan bike (new SV650)
A bit of trek from Salisbury but a great road / ride :-)
*Watch out for the petrol station that has attendants to fill your bike
for you and they dont take cards for less than a £10
